How to manage dapp permissions

When you connect MetaMask to a dapp, the connection request shows which account will be connected and what the dapp can and can't do. You can review and change this any time within 'Permissions.'

Manage permissions for connected dapps

1. Open MetaMask and select the menu (☰) in the top right.
2. Select 'Permissions'. You'll see every dapp you're connected to and how many accounts each one can access.
3. Select a dapp to manage your connected accounts.

4. To change access, check or uncheck accounts, then select 'Save'. You can also use the search bar to find an account, or select 'Add account' to create a new one.

If you uncheck every account, 'Save' is disabled. To remove a dapp completely, disconnect it instead.

You can disconnect one or all dapps from the 'Permissions' screen using the exit icon or 'Disconnect all' at the bottom. For the full steps, see here.

Disconnecting doesn't revoke token approvals. A dapp you've disconnected may still be able to move tokens you've approved. Learn how to revoke approvals.
