The Ethereum network's usage and gas fees can fluctuate greatly. Transactions can take a very long time depending on network usage and your gas choices.
The first thing to do is to check the transaction on a blockchain explorer, and check to see if the transaction has made it to the explorer. If you're on Ethereum mainnet, head to ethplorer or etherscan. For more information on how to find your wallet's information on a block explorer, follow the instructions in this article.
If the transaction is present on the explorer with the same pending status, you can try to speed up or cancel the transaction.
Do not reset your wallet if you still see the transaction pending on the blockchain explorer! Instead, try speeding it up or cancelling it.
