When a website requests that you add a custom network to MetaMask, you are presented with the information MetaMask will use to interact with the network. If you click “View all details” in the confirmation, you can see all of the network information provided by the website, which includes:
- Network Name: The name that MetaMask will associate with the network.
- Network URL: The URL that MetaMask will use to access the network.
- Chain ID: The chain ID that MetaMask will use to sign transactions for the network.
- Currency Symbol: The currency symbol that MetaMask will use for the network's native currency.

If you are for any reason unsure about the correctness of the network information, we recommend that you take the following steps to verify it:
- 체인 목록에서 체인 ID 또는 네트워크 이름을 검색하세요. MetaMask에서 일부 정보가 일치하지 않는다고 하는 경우, 체인 목록에서 이 문제를 식별할 수 있습니다. 사용자 지정 네트워크를 체인 목록에서 전혀 찾을 수 없다면, 아주 새로운 네트워크이거나 그 수준이 의심스러울 수 있습니다.
- Google the name of the network, and try to answer the following questions. '예'라고 대답할 수 있을수록 네트워크가 합법적이라고 믿을 만한 이유가 늘어납니다. 특히 텔레그램에는 사기 채널과 가짜 소셜 미디어 채널이 많이 있다는 점에 유의하세요.

- Can you identify any of the people who maintain the network? Are they visible on social media? 팔로워가 많은가요?
- Are there any news articles about the network?
