How to send tokens from your account

Note:

이 문서는 ETH 및 ERC-20 표준을 따르는 기타 토큰 전송을 다루고 있습니다. However, the process is essentially the same regardless of the network you're using — just make sure you have enough of the network's native token to pay the network fee for the transaction.

What you'll need:

• The account address of the recipient.
• A sufficient token balance to send the token of your choice and to cover the network fee for the transaction.

When sending transactions on Ethereum Mainnet and BNB Smart Chain, you can choose to pay the network fee with the following tokens:

• USDT
• USDC
• DAI
• ETH
• wETH
• wBTC
• wstETH
• wSOL
• mUSD If you are on other networks, you will need to have enough of the network's native token to pay the network fee.

1. From the landing page of your MetaMask, make sure you're in the account from which you want to transact, and hit the 'Send' button in the middle of the screen.

3. Enter the amount of the token you want to send and click next.

4. Now you're presented with the estimated network fees of your transaction, which you can also adjust. '컨펌'을 클릭하여 트랜잭션을 진행하기 전에 받는 사람의 주소를 다시 확인하는 것이 좋습니다.

5. 그러면 '활동' 탭에서 최근 트랜잭션 목록을 볼 수 있는 메인 페이지로 리디렉션됩니다.

1. From anywhere in MetaMask, click the actions button in the middle of the tab bar. From here, tap the 'Send' button.

2. 이제 보낼 주소를 입력해야 합니다. 클립보드(예: 다른 앱)에서 주소를 붙여넣거나, 주소록에서 선택하세요.

3. 이제 보낼 금액을 입력할 수 있는 화면으로 이동합니다. 필요한 경우 수량 바로 위에 있는 파란색 상자에서 토큰 이름을 눌러 토큰 유형을 변경할 수도 있습니다.

4. '다음'을 탭하면 확인 화면이 나타납니다. 여기에서 결제할 가스비를 포함한 트랜잭션의 세부 정보를 볼 수 있습니다.

또한 '예상 가스비' 박스에서 강조 표시된 ETH 수량을 눌러 트랜잭션에 따르는 가스 설정을 편집할 수 있습니다.

Tap 'Send' to confirm the transaction and finish the process.

Send and swap crypto at the same time

Whenever you're sending funds from one account to another, you can choose which token you want to spend and select the token the other person wants to receive. This way, you won't have to first swap one token for another and then create another transaction to send it someone's way; saving you both time and gas.

To use MetaMask's 'Send & Swap' feature:

1. Open MetaMask Extension and click 'Send'.
2. Select the address you wish to send funds to.
3. Choose the asset you wish to send from your account.
4. Choose the asset you wish the recipient account to receive.
5. Review the quote, and confirm your transaction!

This feature is currently available on MetaMask Extension, with MetaMask Mobile and Portfolio coming soon. Please note that this method does not yet support Smart Transactions.

Notes

• The number of tokens and your transaction fees will not be deducted immediately. 트랜잭션이 보류 중이면 블록체인 네트워크에 제출되어 컨펌을 기다리고 있다는 의미입니다.
• When the transaction is successful, you will see the updated amount of the token balances, as well as the status of the transaction updated to 'Confirmed'.

• This process is exactly the same for ETH as it is for other ERC-20 tokens, but always make sure that, when sending ERC-20 tokens, the receiving account supports the tokens you are sending.
