Thanks to MetaMask Snaps, you can now access multiple networks that are not Ethereum-based through a plug-in system.

What networks can I use in MetaMask?
Here are just some of the networks that are accessible on MetaMask using a Snap (in alphabetical order):

That filter, Interoperability, refers to MetaMask being interoperable with chains that have a different technical setup than Ethereum-based networks.
