What countries are eligible for MetaMask Card?

Can I create more than one card?

No, you can only create one MetaMask Card.

Can I get a physical card?

Not yet! Stay tuned for more details in the future.

Spending tokens

Is there a limit to how much I can spend?

You can set a spending limit for your MetaMask Card. Read more here. Besides the spending limit you set, there is a spending limit of 8750 EUR per day.

Can I use EU stablecoins?

Right now, MetaMask Card only supports USDC, USDT, and wETH. We’re working hard to expand support to more tokens.

Managing your card

How can I request a refund?

You should request a refund with the merchant where the transaction took place. If you have issues getting a refund from the merchant, you can request a chargeback from Crypto Life support at [email protected].

I got a refund. Where did the money go?

Refunds are automatically put into your ‘Credits’ balance, which is shown on your Card’s homepage. When you make your next transaction, MetaMask Card will first draw upon your credit balance for funds.

Can I cash out my credit balance?

Yes! On your Card’s homepage, you can choose to ‘Withdraw’ a specific amount of the credit balance to your MetaMask wallet. The funds will be transferred as USDC.

My MetaMask Card balance is wrong. How can I fix it?

Your MetaMask Card balance reflects the balance of the highest priority token you have set in ‘Manage.’ For example, if you have delegated 5 USDC and 5 USDT to your card, and set USDC as the number one priority, your card balance will show as 5 USDC.

If your balance is still incorrect, confirm your balance in MetaMask and on Lineascan. If your balance in MetaMask or on Lineascan is different than the balance showing, you should try refreshing the page or contacting Crypto Life for more support at [email protected].
